Who handles refunds: The Microsoft Store takes the payment, so Microsoft handles refunds. You can ask Microsoft for one yourself, or email me and I will help you raise it.
How to ask: You can open your purchase in your Microsoft account (Services & subscriptions, or Order history) and request a refund there, or email me at rishabhguptabsinesact@gmail.com with your Telegram phone number, plan name (Yearly or Lifetime), and payment date. Microsoft's own refund page: Microsoft Store refunds.
Yearly: If you were charged by mistake, or the app does not work and I cannot fix it, ask within 14 days. Microsoft reviews the request and sends the refund. If you cancel, you keep Premium till the year ends. That left-over time is not refunded.
Lifetime: If the app does not work and I cannot fix it, ask within 14 days. Microsoft reviews the request and sends the refund.
Trial: The 7-day trial is free. There is nothing to refund.
How money returns: Microsoft sends it back to the same payment method you used. Banks may take a few days.
Your files: Your files stay safe in your Telegram account even if Premium ends.
